Alpesh Patel
Chief Operations Officer
Alpesh Patel is an experienced retailer with over 30 years’ experience, 13 of which have been in secured lending. Most recently Alpesh was the Chief Operations Officer at The Money Shop, overseeing 256 locations, managing the product journey, and disposition of assets. Alpesh was approved as the CF3 by the FCA and was an executive board director.
Alpesh is a co-founder of Libertas Finance and as Chief Operations Officer will oversee the end-to-end customer journey, including sales, loan management, and disposals with a specific focus on compliance and risk management.
Harry Ventura
Chief Commercial Officer
Experienced in business development with a proven track record of working with HNWIs, in the secured lending industry. During this tenure, Harry was responsible for creating new business development across 7 locations within the UK. Prior to working in financial services, Harry spent 3 years in real estate, primarily in the professional department undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring. Harry has spent many years developing successful commercial relationships with prominent figures from a wide range of sectors. It is relationships such as these that help create an ideal platform for a modern-day lending business.
Harry is a co-founder of Libertas Finance and will take up the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Harry’s key responsibilities being customer sales, asset management and conducting authentications, valuations and disposals.
Dax Patel
Chief Finance Officer
Dax has 20 years of financial services experience working for a top tier Investment Bank, where he worked with C-suite level decision-makers, to help multi-national Corporates, Financial Institutions, and Agencies with their day-to-day and long term financing, risk management, and cash management solutions. Dax is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and has extensive financial, operational, business management, and project management experience through various CFO and financial roles in investment banking and the leisure industry.
Joe Jones
Chief Investment Officer
Joe Jones is an experienced financial services professional and entrepreneur. Joe has held front-office positions in Sales & Trading within Foreign Exchange and Co-founded the Deliverable FX Brokerage Pangea FX in 2017.
Joe is A Co-founder of Libertas Finance as well as its Chief Investment Officer. Joe takes responsibility for Capital Raising via the issuance of Corporate Bonds as well as the company’s ongoing Investor Relations.
